Default Chassis mods for engine mounts.

hi guys. was wondering....
Can a car's engine mounts be modded in such a way that the previous mounts can be removed and another custom made mount can be fitted? It would help swap engines easily.

If this is possible, then
1)any associated problems..
2)where is it done in India?
