| Senior - BHPian  |  Satguide & garmin I was told by Satguide that their map will work with my Garmin iQue3200 only if their software is loaded after formatting. Well, I would not take that risk. What if my 39K unit gets fried..? Quote:

| Best Solution Hey guys, Try GPSWatch on your phone from www.i10n.com with SE K750i I use this in Bangalore, it pulls the maps from Virtual Earth, so you will have road maps as in the US for Bangalore !!! Vishnu |

| someone had raised a question sometime back in this thread - if the satguide maps available here could be used with the new destinator 6 software available in other countries. I asked destinator support - here is their reply. | i bought a holux GPS unit and delhi map from www.itemsofdesire.com ... So far very satisfied with the reciever and the map ... better than anything before! |

| dude i also checked out the mapking site ... but the map i bought is not the same as the one on the mapking site and i can vouch for it because i have both the maps ... this one is more detailed and more customized ... atleast thats what i found for the delhi map! And 2ndly it comes shipped to me on a disk! And moreover when i bought it along with the gps it was a bargain! And let me tell u one conjucture of mine ... i somehow felt the ppl at itemsofdesire.com were good at providing support! |
