| Senior - BHPian | hi i didn't want to start a new thread but my car battery has packed up today and i have to get a new one asap tomorrow morning the car is an alto and the battery has been the one which comes with car and it lasted me around 4.5 years i have a ok ok ice setup can you guys suggest the best battery for an alto no going beyond 5k max Last edited by manikjeet : 10th July 2007 at 00:00. |

| Amaron comes with 3 years warranty but bosch i think has only 2 years warranty. |

| How much are you paying for the amaron? Im getting it for 3k with 36 months warranty(18+18) for my lancer. Is that a good price for an amaron 35A? Thanks Yuv |

| Senior - BHPian | My query could be off-topic and my apologies. What if I install a 80AH battery in my car while originally it came with a 70 or 75AH unit? Will this put extra load on the alternator for charging? Will the increased ampereage likely to cause any problem to equipments/accessories installed and be more of a reason to catch fire if at all? |
