Default LPG kit to turbocharged baleno

hi
i have turbocharged baleno and want to fit LPG kit to it due to high octane of LPG and petrol injectors having problem to feed petrol as needed at high boost and rpm (one fitted it to mesarati twin turbo...hehehe). baleno takes JATKAS at high RPM at even 4 psi

does anyone know How to fit LPG kit?

simply giving gas injection to air filter pipe (that means pipe between intercooler out and intake in ...after Blow off valve)?
OR
need to drill intake pipes and put four gas injectors at each intake pipe?

@ neo_trace: what is the performance gain, FE & cost incurred in getting ur baleno turbocharged?

Hi,

Who and where did you get your turbo installed from and what did it cost you. What does he have to say to the problem.

First and foremost neo really sorry about the PMs couldnt reply as i was out of town .. However read ur PMs on clubaleno too.. Though im not quite sure if any indian injectors would be a bolt onto the baleno i shall try to figure out very soon.. Im told that the WRX injectors are a bolt on ..

However coming onto the part of running ur TC on LPG i guess it could turn out to be a good idea .. I guess psycho was initially planning to do the same on his esteem , so obviously got to have some pros as well .. I guess u can contact him for further technical details .. I guess ur car was done up by karan right ??

And guys that said , lets not jump to conclusions about this turbo setup .. I have been watching neo on not only on TBHP but on other baleno forums too and he has posted about this problem ages back .. However i surely would love to see the pics of ur TC setup too ..

LPG kit will have to be fitted in the same way its fitted to every other car except make sure the connections are leak proof since the manifold is now pressurised.

Alternative is to fit a 5th injector in the plenum for hi-boost and hi-rev secnarios, but I dont know what kind of ECU you have in order to drive it.

Dude, Just because he can post on other forums doesnt make him legit.
If he's got the stuff, let him post pics. SEEING IS BELIEVING!

PS: If Karan had worked on it, Ford_Rocam must know since he too is Karan's client. That said, we're WAITING FOR PICS!!!

sorry guy my TC baleno is at colour job . i ll send u pictures as soon as possible . My tc work has done by N1racing company...name anant pithawala.(www.*************.com)
i have fitted following parts
K&N free flow air intake
polished heads and throttle body
NGX irridium spark plugs 4
free flow header to fit my turbo
Garrett T3/T4 hybrid turbocharger
PWR AERO2 air to air cooling intercooler and sillicon hoses with clamps
custom made oil feed and oil return line and oil pressure sender switches
free flow exhaust system with collector (to improve humming sound)
5Ziegen exhaust
stock pistons and stock fuel injectors
FSE raising rate fuel pressure regulator
Turbosmart TYPE 1 blow off valve
Turbosmart boost controller
Turbosmart fuel cut defender (to HACK ecu fuel cut problem)
Ecu and system voltage stabilizer
TURBOTIME turbo timer (set at 1 min )
Air to fuel ratio check ,oil temp check,oil press check, fuel press check,boost display .......meters

Right now running at only 4 psi (due to injectors problem )
i m getting my turbo spool at 2500 rpm (which is Great at 4 psi...isnt it ?) and reaches to 6500 rpm fast

I Drove her 210Kmph at baroda -ahmedabad express way for only @15 to 20 seconds (although check engine light was flashing all tha time and injectors was creating problem giving car no fuel for fraction of seconds and car was taking JATKAS at full press of accl. pedal)

I have researched that LPG has high octane value (110) and is better then our BHARAT PETROLIUM SPEED97 ..with good quality computer operated LPG kit fitments (with step motor )and 2 gas vaporiser units (?) and with GAS injection system u can send GAS as much as u want to with tha help of boosted air comming from intercooler ..no need of fuel managment system, no remapping of ECU , no need to change fuel injectors and can go safely 8 psi of boost and many people from abroad made there turbo cars (even petrol landcruisers , rangerovers ,fords, vovlos and even [COLOR=#0000cc]Maserati[/COLOR]s)

Hi,

Am not surprised that you are having problems. I did not read anywhere that you have a fuel management system or a remapped ECU. How in the world is your car going to run right without either or both of the above. Anyways what does he have to say about this.

Was your car done at Mumbai or Surat. How much did you pay for the whole job and stuff you have listed.
