Default Nissan Leaf: With 'glow in the dark' paint

Nissan has applied a special coat of paint to it's all electric car Leaf which makes it glow in the dark for up to ten hours.
The paint is organic and absorbs solar energy.

Nissan Leaf- Glow in the Dark

This is very much needed on our highways where most of the vehicles ply around with little or no lights making it very difficult to spot them in the night.

If it's an innovation in the area of paint / coating, you can bet Nissan is behind it:

Self-cleaning paint (Nissan's self-cleaning Car with dirt-repelling Paint)

Changing colours (Color changing car!)

Self-repairing paint (Auto Innovations: Self-Repairing Paint!)
