Default CO level in post 2000 march vehicles?

yesterday I went to get the polution checked on ragular basis (after 3 months ) and vehicle was failed due to higher CO level which was .87. I was told that now the new limit is .50. I am talking about Delhi. What about other places? Is it still 3.0 or has come down to .50 ?
