Cars without driver are often towed with front two wheels lifted. Traffic police also does it this way. I guess its a middle ground between regular all 4 wheels on ground towing and a flatbed.

Many years ago when I was driving my friend's Chevrolet Spark, I found the wiper blade, headlight light control levers are positioned as per LHD.
