My Honda City is about 2.5 yrs old.

Yesterday I noticed that the fins of AC cooling coil have become quite brittle. If I press the fins with my finger with a bit of pressure, the fins break and fall.

Normally these fins would bend, but breaking is something which is very strange.

Can this be considered as manufacturing defect? If yes then will I get a replacement (the warranty is over)?

Or should I continue with the same cooling coil? If it remains untouched, the fins remain intact.

Please help me out!
