Default Polyurathane bushes??

hey.. i'm getting my baleno's suspension overhaulled and need to replace all bushes, so was going through a few sites regarding the same, and noticed that a lot of people are recommending polyurathane bushes compared to regular rubber bushes, could someone shed some more light on this topic, i know some people who make polyurathane bushes in pune, and can get these bushes machined as per the specifications for my car.

Now another thing i want to know is what hardness of polyurathane should be used? should it same as / harder / softer than the original rubber bushes?

thanks in advance!

cheers!
Shrivz...
