Default Amsoil or redline synthetic/ Any Issues ?

1] Anyone using Amsoil or Redline synthetic in their cars ?
If yes , do you think its really worth the extra cost ?

2] Anyone faced any problems with oil leakage after shifting from mineral to synthetic ? (Ive heard the seals react differently and so we some initial leakage..?)

Changed to Mobil1 after 10000km. No sign of leakage and as nitroxx say, there is improvement overall.

I feel Mobil1 synthetic is not actually synthetic.. the label says 100% synthetic..but the fine print says the base carrier is not synthetic..
also some websites also say its not really synthetic...
Synthetic

so thats why I was asking abt Amsoil and Redline..some mechanics here have recommned these to me..
