OMG a nos pulsar doing 10's on a quater mile..*shoots self in the head*i guess it was ridden by some 16 year old kid for sure
Even 'built-up' super bikes manage early 10's and late 9's.

Now back to the topic,Kawasaki and Suzuki did introduce bikes with factory turbo namely the GPZ750 and Suzuki XN85 in 70's and 80's.

I would really appreciate if you would stop putting down people based on age.

not trying to snap, what do you mean by built up though. the newer liter class bikes can surely manage late 9s and extremely low 10s, infact an old carb zx 9r, 00 spec pulled off a 10.3 odd, and the much newer r1 did a 9.9 at the 07 mumbai speedrun.

binz, atleast the 9r i mentioned, i think was stock. i know a slight bit on that one, however if there was any special upgrade for the speedrun (which i doubt) then i wouldn't know.
and if that heavy weight 9r, carb form can clock a 10.3, we're 7 years ahead in technology now with reasonable weight reduction.

Sorry to disappoint you, but only 1 superbike in India has ever run nitrous, and it's the one you and I see everyday. Turbos, zilch, atleast on the strip. PC and cans, everyone.

Don't know how heavy the ZX-9R is, but it's one insane motherlovin machine. That thing would blow a Busa into the weeds in in-gear pulls. You make it sound like a bullock-cart!
