Default Battery Meter

Hi,

I was just going through the ICE forum posts and a lot of guy who have some heavy ice don't listen to ICE while car is switched off as they don't want battery to go Kaput or die on them.

So i was thinking if there is any thing available in the market some type of meter or something that can show how much battery power is remaining so that they start the car and recharge the battery.
