Hard to believe but they have agreed to paint the whole bumper

I would believe it only when I get it delivered. A point to note. Pratham has revamped their management and I found few people "missing" whom I thought were a menace to the outlet. Came to know that most of those guys have "left" the job. They now have a customer service manager, a lady, who promptly walked up to my car on hearing my woe and advised the service man to mend the whole bumper instead of a section of it.

Fingers crossed and lets hope to get what I was promised !!
