| BHPian | Hey GPA awaiting your reply. I currently find that the stock cedia bulbs are so bad that the High beam is absolutly useless. SJ_K, did you face the same thing? |

| Hi everyone, I know its been a long time since I poted on this thread. I was busy with work and then an unexpected road trip from Bangalore to Trivandrum last week, so barely had time to get online. But was able to put these blubs through a really good test. The spread of the low beam is really wide and slightly shorter than the stock halogens and is good for spotting those potholes in the city. The light is brighter, but has a light tinge of yellow. The high beam has a really long throw and lights up the road brilliantly. The full effect of the high beam can be seen on a dark country road. On my drive to Trivandrum, I spent a better portion of the journey driving at night and in the rain and these bulbs are really good at lighting up the road in adverse weather conditions. All in all, a great upgrade option for the stock headlight bulbs and definitely better than the Crystal/Diamond Vision series. Have attached the photos of the bulbs on low/high beams Cheers, gpa |

| Hi guys, To those who live in Chennai, any idea where I can get the Philips X-Treme Power / Vision Plus bulbs in Chennai ? I called up a few shops on GP Road (General Patters Rd) but none of them had these varieties. A few of my friends want to change their bike headlamp bulbs (H4 halogen 60/55W) to these X-Treme Power or Vision Plus units. Please do check and let me know at the earliest. Pricing info along with name of shop & phone nos (if available) would be great. Thanks ! Warm regards, Venkat |

| BHPian | i tried sourcing philips xtreme power from somewhere and got a quote of 1250 a pair and 1600 for osram nightbreaker...i read on the forum that it is for 660 a pair.. i am based in delhi... |

| BHPian | 1250/- is too high for philips xtreme power. I was quoted 850/- per pair as list price, then managed some discount too in Bangalore - Delhi should be same or cheaper - sorry I am unable to suggest locations in Delhi. |

| BHPian | after reading all the reviews, i can come up with the conclusion that vision plus would suit the best for my car. Also i dont need a relay for fitting these bulbs. My warranty is intact. ![]() Vision Plus are a great upgrade option for the stock headlight bulbs and definitely better than the Crystal/Diamond Vision series. Will get them soon. |

Am not too sure if the Vision Plus series is still being manufactured by Philips. If thats the case you can easily opt for the Philips Xtreme Power bulbs. They perform brilliantly and are a great option if you don't want to add an extra relay. Do keep us updated on the changes. Cheers, gpa | |
