I think that's why KP asked if the front bumper was painted as well since the strips were removed.

Yes Vid, they do have a paint booth.

The strip was removed because they were doing rubbing polishing on the entire car. The other strips were covered because panels around it were repainted.

What work was done on the RHS front door? or was the running board painted?

I think the front RHS door looks a little out of place.. probably it'll get sorted out after rubbing/polishing, i just hope its not a paint matching problem!

Ok got it.
The door strip was covered with tape for rubbing and polishing and not for any paint work.
