Update: When i refilled (after driving around 15 kms after the low-fuel indication) it took in 39.39 litres. Unlike earlier, when a IBP pump filled in 43 litres only after driving 3 kms after the low-fuel warning , this time, I filled it in Shell to be sure about the quantity.
I believe that the Getz does have 7 litres in reserve.
