Default Indigo Dicor Alternator Belt gets corroded on its own.

Could you suggest the belt similar to 5PK730? 5 denotes Five Grooves and 730 denotes length of Belt.

Default Required Indigo XL Dicor's Alternator Belt Pulley

Today I got removed the Alternator from the vehicle for replacing the Alternator Pulley as the local spare parts dealer told me that the alternator pulley is available with him.
But after taking the alternator to him for sample purpose, he told the pulley is unavailable.

I took snaps of the pulley which are as below--

A red box is used to highlight the polished bottom of the grooves. The bottom of left two grooves are dull finished (I know it is not clearly visible). That means the Right Two Grooves are eating the belt.

Can someone please help me sourcing the Alternator Pulley (please quote the price too)? The Alternator is of Lucas-TVS Make. It is 5PK model.

I've changed the belt at 20kish intervals because i could not put up with the infernal noise.

Not sure about the pulley though

I have faced the same problem of premature belt failure & till date no one has been able to find a solution. I have a Palio 1.9 & till about 2 years back the belt used to last for around 15000 kms which also is way too lesson. The A/C compressor of the car failed and I got an aftermarket compressor installed & my problem started, the belt would not even last 1500 kms and break every month. I got everything changed right from the crank pulley to the PS pulley & even the alternator pulley but to no avail. In this case the replacement OEM belt is not cheap & everytime the belt fails two bearings namely belt strecher & tightener have to be changed & the whole exercise costs around 6000.

I have placed order at Local Lucas Spare Parts Shop at Solapur for the Alternator Pulley of our Indigo XL Dicor. The Lucas Part No. is 26217342. The Price is around 855/- (as per the Lucas Shop at Karve Road, Pune). Lets see what happens after replacing pulley with new one.

EDIT: -
The Top of Grooves of old pulley are not straight (uniform- smooth). I guess it is due to this that the belt gets worn.
