Default Loose window glass

Hi,

I have a WagonR duo .yesterday after washing the car , i noticed that the right side of the rear seat was wet, on examining i found that the window glass on that side was slightly down(very minute gap).
i rolled down the glass and found the glass to be very loose. checked the left side . same story.

This is a new car and has clocked just below 2000 kms.
the rear seats were never occupied save for 2-3 occasions and that time the windows were rolled up.

I would like to know how this glass can get loose? is it normal? can i fix it? is it dangerous driving with loose glass?

Maybe this is normal for the WagonR. The rear windows in my Accent and Optra move a bit when pushed/pulled. What do you mean by loose ?

There's no reason to be so worried my friend, if you really think this a problem and is unusual please head over the service center and bring it to their notice.

Am sure they should be able to fix it without any hassles.

Do you have a power window? If yes, is it original equipment, or aftermarket?

The assembly holding the window is prone to rusting. Dunno exactly what its called. Get it checked. Will not cost too much to replace.

Get it replaced under warranty! You should not pay a penny for this!

one more thing, insist that they replace the whole assembly. Don't accept any repair work, unless its just some loose bolts.
