I have a Premier Padmini 1979. THe engine needs worked up since bearings have worn out. Can reboring the engine be done? IF done, how long will the rebored engine work. we use it for local trips only! Its of Desert mist colour now. we wish to change it to black. can anyone suggest a good durable paint brand?

The engine can be rebored and it should work fine for atleast another 60000 kms or so. Duco from Dupont is a good automotive paint brand.
