| I have some very basic questions about oil change in cars. What is the oil which is changed(I guess engine oil) what happens if oil is not changed in time(What are the affected parts?) I recently got first service done for my Swift VDi, but experiencing slightly rough gear shift off late. I am doubting if this is because of oil change done (or not done) in first service. Some how paranoid if the servicing folks really did oil change. How to check that. the roughness is something like, the roughness I experience in gear shift when my Suzuki Samurai is due for oil change. Thank in advance...
