Default clunking sound from car

hi friends i have problem in my car . i can hear a clunk sound from my car front left side while braking from high speed .it can be heard sometimes when car is not loaded but the sound becomes continous when car is loaded and it can be heard every time i put my feet on brake pedal for slowing the car. what could be the possible cause of this sound . i have got suspension and mounts checked . i also got my steering components changed a few weeks ago .

Have you checked you disc brake assembly and brake pads?

the culprit could be the disc brake pads . Do check them .

Some brake pads chatter when engaged and it sounds like a clicking noise. A clunk is way more serious indicative of worn ball joints or CV joints.

hi friends tried all these but the cause of problem is not detected . the sound only come when car is loaded. it comes when i hit a pothole or i brake to slow down car suddenly. i am unable to fiund out the cause. this sound is unbearable for me as am irritated because i am unable to eliminate it. it comes from front left side . it is a clunk sound .plz help me..

Your steering rack is busted.
Get it checked.
