It seems that there is some problem in your control stack module due to which there is some connection between this circuit and the rpm meter circuit. Was the console ever opened?

No, the console was never opened. But could there be a relation with the steering wheel? During alignment, a few days back the steering was removed for centering and then fitted. But I doubt if this could be the cause.

I detected this blinkering only a couple of days back.
