Maruti 800 Combination Switch and wiper washing
So I have a lovely 1996 Maruti 800 (New Model) and after registering a problem with the Hazard lights and indicator switches, I handed in to Sai Service to fix.
They, like all good official service centers, made me replace the entire combination switch.
Which was fine cause now I can indicate and hazard light quite happily. The problem is with the wiper washing. The combo switches they make for the Maruti 800 now don't run the wipers when you pull the wiper lever to spray fluid on the windshield. My old combination switch did that, and of course they threw it away.
I clearly have to start thinkng of my Maruti 800 as a car not to be serviced in the standardised service shop.
It still can do Bombay Goa and give me 14-15kpl easy.
Any thoughts on how to get my spray and wiper blades to work with the pulling of the lever?
