Fiat siena 1999 model - Higher RPM's while driving
I recently bought a Fiat Siena 1999 model which has run 64 k kms and i have been coming across a strange problem .. The Engine revvs on by it self when the car is in standstill and also on when on an average speed of 60 kmph, when i take away the accelerator to reduce the speed , the engine gives a jerk jerk all the time , but when i do press the clutch it doesnt happen . .i guess this might be cuz of
1 - Has the clutch plate worn out ?
2 - Why the higher RPM's even at standstill ? Is it due to the ECU ?
Can any one of you help me to solve this issue ?

Idle rpm problem occurs mainly due to Faulty ICV or dirty throttle body. another reason for this is due to faulty lamba sensor / throttle body.
i think you need to go through this:
