Great work!
You dreamed and done it. I always wished to covert my HH splender to electric. But people think - here is another mad with lot for free time.

I was planning to wind a DC shunt motor connected to main shaft inside engine block.

Keep it up, and congratulations

hey guys! i'm thinking of experimenting further with browns gas mixed with the air intake to further lower the fuel consumption. It involves electrolysis of water to give browns gas which is (H2 + O2) so quite combustible, i know that people have achieved it in the US, people even run blow torches on the same! Some have even achieved running the engine on just that! but then the engine needs to be ceramic coated to prevent corrosion.

Dhruv, you do not need to have the engine ceramic coated to run HHO. Take a look through this thread.

hey thanks srijit! well ceramic coating is suggested if you plan on running it purely on HHO! which im sure id be curious to do if i achieve it! bt i'm not too sure about wether it'd work! I guess theres only one way to find out

Dhruv, do you have any links to the site which recommends ceramic coating, if running on pure HHO?

VERY NICE! I admire your zeal and the fact that you put your money where your mouth is

My car looks very similar under the hood too (Camry Hybrid)

@srijit: Don't have the links but i definitely remember reading it when i first came across these pages about 2 years ago, someone had developed a generator that would run on HHO and used a catalyst plate of a specific alloy to speed up the electrolysis.
@Atlblkz06: Thanks man! the camry looks damm neat.

Wait, I am confused. Are you talking about using the ceramic coated alloy to produce HHO? I thought you were talking about a ceramic coated engine.
