The Accords are still assembled as CKD kits from Japan as the sales volume is not suitable for Honda Motors to manufacture the car locally here unlike the City. Thats the reason why we get the latest Accords here in India, as soon as any model change is done internationally. The Accord model changes are more frequent as compared to the 5 year model life of the City.

Weell, there was nothing like a defroster that i can remember of . I guess the A/C was the defroster .
