I would suggest you go for the Exedy Daikin clutch. Made in Japan and made for the Esteem. Cost is Rs. 6000/= including fitting and gear oil. Easily available in Bombay. Big difference in performance of the car. Please note that I am talking about the normal Exedy Daikin clutch NOT the Stage 1 which will cost about Rs. 13,000/=.

Strongly recommend a MGP(have heard owners' experiences wherein teh same brand of clutch is better when it is MGP.
Yes,an option would be what Suzuki San is suggesting.
Ganesh,I would suspect the throttle body,plugs,fuel injectors and cat con(in that order);
I don't believe any sensor or the pump/connections could give issues so soon(speak from experience)
