Smile Pressure release valve

Hi Friends

In one of the recent editions of auto-india i read about something called pressure release valve which is a very nice feature provided in fabia. This in turn disperses the air inside the fuel tank and allows to fill the tank to its full capacity. What is this? Where it is located? and how can this be activated.?
