Thanked: Once

There are other alternatives such as bio-diesel made from plants such as Neem, castor, Jatropha etc and Bio ethanol made from Sorghum.

you can check out more at www.jatropha.de and www.svlele.com (or is it .org ?)

Was away for a few days working on starting such a project only.

Default Plastic Fuel

Amazing technology. Sometimes the complex of problems can be solved by simplest of solutions. This has the potential of not only reducing our trade deficit but also get rid of those enviromentally destructive plastics.
Like the author says, if this indeed comes good, "it’ll be the closest to alchemy mankind has ever got!!".

hey Conan,
This is an amezing discovery at the time when petrol prices are on all time high and the polution due to plastic is also high. this is very normal that such great projects are not funded by indian government. that is is reason we lost Bose who now has a patent from germany for his revolutionary speaker design, That is why the best speakers in india still use the movin coil technology . Any ways if this works out this would really answer some of our low priced fuel problems

If its an company approved kit, does not violate warranty, but you will have to check with individual car company..Maruti and TATA are Ok...!
Plus these days you can even get the CNG or LPG kit installed at the dealer where you're buying the car from..!
