Default Re: Starting and idling problem in Carb Zen

The UCAL electronic fuel pump (now manufactured by others like PTM, too), is simple, cheap and very reliable. It comes with its own fuel filter and tubing, as detailed in the Premier 118 NE thread, and can be used on any vehicle from the Maruti 800 to the Jonga 4000(cc), maybe even for higher capacity engines. It can be fitted anywhere after the petrol tank to before the carb. The only hassle the A.S.S. would have is to connect a wire for its power requirements, and it would have no 'side effect' on the electrical system. That is "pure bunkum" put out by the A.S.S. to discourage people for going in for cheaper (but as good) alternatives !
