Default 800 Sudden power loss in Petrol/CNG

Today i was driving/acc at around 80 kmph in third gear in CNG when all of a sudden i felt a huge loss of power.I converted to petrol but problem remains.I brought the car to standstill and pressed the acc completely and i heard the engine is lugging even at stand still and rpm is varying continuously .So i ruled out clutch problem as the car should increase rpm smoothly atleast at standstill .I checked all pipes , everything is at place.
I am not able to move from standstill , it is a huge pain to get it up and running , the gears are fine .
Any help guys.

+1.
800 has 3 inline cylinders. If any one (or more) spark plug is kaput, you will feel the power loss.

Some other causes of sudden power loss in a petrol engine could be following:

1. Fuel cutoff/exhausted- engine will die
2. Piston seizure (rare on modern cars)- engine will die.
3. Ignition circuit failure- engine will die
4. Spark plug failure- engine may not die
5. Clutch slips- engine will rev up w/o adding to car's speed
6. Stuck brakes
7. Air suction inlet jammed- engine will die
8. Exhaust pipe blocked- engine will die
9. Fork-lifted from rear (easy for a 800) as in some bollywood movies

Update ; Problem solved . It was because of the timing.
Apparently the timing bearing failed .Around 4-5 balls of the bearing were missing.I was surprised as only around 4k kms i had the timing belt and bearing changed with MGP .
I have now a new timing belt , timing bearing .
Also asked the mechanic to check the head for any damages and lucky me there were none.
