Default Power windows NHC

The driver side power window glass comes back and only rolls up after a lot of tries. What could be the reason, the car is still under warranty. Is there problem with the motor or dust / water going in.
Pls. advice

might be a dirty switch. by dirty i mean the copper contact might have gotten oxidized. I would ask Honda to look at it.
