as a cheaper solution, you could try getting the idle control valve cleaned, remove it from throttle body and use the throttle body or carb cleaner spray and a very soft cloth
if it does not help, then order from outside india

ok finally after scanning the car and getting the injectors the TB etc etc etc cleaned and frustrated..!!..finally it just struck me that maybe i should just take the battery cables off and put it back on.. nothing to loose anyways..ET VOILLA!! SHE LIVES!!!
all i could do is laugh at the whole episode..!!
