Being an experienced driver and having driven so much cars (almost all the cars) I don't think it has anything to do with driving habits. It would be better to check your car.

@Iqbalji - I will be waiting for your observations/findings/comments post your meeting. May be I can get some clues as well.

The car is back from workshop and I an told to atleast complete 2500 to 3000 kms and after that time we will get better milage, it is totally absured
