Default Issues with my Baleno's electricals

Guys,
After a trouble free 5 years, i am encountering sporadic niggling issues with the electricals. The latest issue is with the fan and AC which seems to have a mind of their own, they function sometime and other times they dont. The green indicator lamp will be on but no air from the fan/AC.
I checked for
1) All loose connections
2) All the fuses and relays
Physically they appear to be allright i.e. connections in tact, no signs of a fuse blowout etc.

Any other place that i need to be looking to rectify this, appreciate any expert help

i guess there is a loose connection from the AC / Fan switch to the AC / Cabin fan motor.

get the car checked at MASS. take a look at each fuse again. do you have rats where you park your car?

Same problem was in my friends Wagon R. A/C fan was working for some time but got off later after running for 15-20 mins, Mechanic checked it and found to be Issue with some round black colored Relay. Bought new one of 'Interface' make and after change it is working fine for last 3-4 days.

Check all the connectors/switch/relays/fuse etc. If all is fine, check the gas level, low gas levels might cut off the AC.
