For the past 2 days, there seems to be an ever increasing smell that usually originates from Dead animals/ pests inside my car.

I Checked, the A.C by turning on the Blower at full speed,. however there it seems clear.

Today when i started the FFE sound turned different. It was totally different, as though something was choking it up!!! .

Add to that the foul smell is now clearly visible when you just walk past the car.

And i suspect that some small animal might be dead inside the FFE.

What do i do know (i mean how do i actually remove it). Because of the Intense heat, will the condition of the carcass be in an irretrievable position ?

Urgent help will be greatly appreciated,

Thanks in advance

It must be certainly a dead rat. It normally happens when you dont use the car for few days and the rats would come and get in the car (AC duct, engine bay etc) and have immediate death when you switch on the engine.
I had this problem once in my Matiz and now, ANHC.
Best thing is to take it to the workshop as some of the areas are not generally accessible for us to inspect.

Revving it to HIGH RPM might throw that out, but if this is done on hot car, it may melt inside, so do not try this multiple times.
else get the car checked at A.S.S. who may need to dismantle a few parts to clear the FFE.

@Mi 10
Is this car still under warranty? If it is, taking it to the A.S.S with the FFE is a strict no-no!

Hi, it had got into the A/C Vent and died. Was removed - Total damage - 3.5K (as coolant needed to be refilled)

Exhaust is not flowing smooth, gets blocked and clears on its own
Foul smell when the AC is switched on
Some "grrrrrrr" noise when the blower switch is moved to "1,2..." position.

Last week when the AC is switched on, you can see "ants" being thrown out via AC vents & run all over the occupants body :) (luckily they were those black ones)

Need to check it out :(

^^^ But how did the ants went inside the car?

Was the car stationary for a long period? may be a week or so ?

Time for internal cleaning of the car dude.
