| BHPian | Recently, I had an issue with shift time and a certain click sound when shifting from R to N and then D I tried confirming this with a few friends and realised that its a standard thing with the V6's. Finally not being to sure of whether to let it stay this way I called up a certified engineer from Linkway Honda (name undisclosed as he can't be giving information and doing checks outside his work space) Well,he checked her out and yes, he did confirm there is a problem with the shift and also mentioned that mine wasn't the only one, basically its a standard issue with all V6's and as you clock more kms it tends to increase until its unbearable so I've decided to work on mine immediately since its still under warranty And to my surprise this isn't the only country facing this problem check this out too http://www.vtec.net/forums/one-messa...&page_number=1

| Wow! I'm no fan of automatics and hate driving automatics (even in Chennai traffic), but would love to know more on this issue/ how you solve this issue... Please do keep us posted. Best of luck and hope the problem is solved properly and soon. |
