Default Oddball question's

I'm not the most intelgent person in the world so please forgive my ignorence, is it possible with maruti engines, to change raze/compresion/etc with a variable cap like in toyota A series's? Also has anyone heard of making a normal engine go 2-stroke? I know there are many tuning diferences but it could put out a lot more power for the money(though the wear factor is large).

Thank you in advance.

What exactly do you mean by variable cap?

On EFI engines you can easely mod to change the air/fuel mix on the fly and I'm prety sure that if the chip was hacked more can be done.

Aside that, has anyone ever tried turning a 4 stroke to 2 stroke?

4-stroke into 2-stroke? Why on earth would someone dream of doing that?

They have totaly different methods of functioning. A 2-stroke does not have valves or camshafts. Its crankcase sealing is different.

Is it possible, well, nothing is impossible, but this is as close as you can come realistically speaking. So the simple answer is NO.

Thank you for the PM. You stated about the problem of geting the exhaust out without the second stroke. Going to do more research ofcourse but I was thinking of basically "completely" 2 stroking it. Like having the ports open during the upstroke like a conventional 2 stroke.

Get your point though(the loss of power from not utislising that).
