May be these would help.

DIY Trolley tool box products, buy DIY Trolley tool box products from alibaba.com
China Tool Box,Steel Container,Metal Crate,Cabinet,Steel Manufacturer - Shanghai Tongrun Co., Ltd.

I personally have been using Godrej Library Catalog boxes. These hold 3 x 5" cards and have 4 trays/box. I have 4 of these + A 4 drawer filing cabinet to hold larger tools and documents.

Another option is to use Army Ammunition Boxes, a hot favourite with all mechanics. These are readily available in major "junk" or army surplus markets.

there were some fabricator in Faridabad, forgot the name, will dig into it. Bought a Indian made Press from him for a friend long ago.

You live in a metro, hence it won't be a problem, its the problem with us small towners.

there was one good fabricator in Ahmedabad too. PM team-bhp Gujrat people.

The ramp and jack stand can be fabricated. Made four of them for Rs.550 each from Ahmedabad.
