Sorry friends, like quadra says, i am traveling every week and hence not had access to a working internet connection to upload the pics. USB ports are blocked in office and hence cannot do it from office as well!!

Promise to upload the pics this weekend though they are crappy phone cam pics!!

@Quadra, the round cylinder thingie is gone now and not there anymore. Just the exhaust tip is visible in the same spot as the stock exhaust albeit a bigger diameter one

Finally caught up with Abhinav at the Service center.

I must admit, the car really does sound sweet and unless someone pushes it, you will never know whats under the hood. Good job there mate.
Now you have a sleeper in ur hand.

Thanks! I realized it was sounding sweeter in the closed confines of the ASC.

Was busy for the past few months preparing for the arrival of the mini bhpian in the house. And arrive he did in style on 3rd Aug 2011 when we were blessed with a baby Boy. Its food for another thread altogether.

Will start updating the thread with updates in a couple of weeks time since I am still getting adjusted to sleepless nights and changing diapers!!

Thanks for the wishes both of you!! And Mayank the camera is still with wife and now with the baby and mother together at my in-laws place in Coorg, the camera is not accessible to me in Blore at all

A quick note regarding the 15000KMS service. Completed the service a couple of months ago. Service was done at Trident in Kalyanagar. There were no major complaints and it was routine service with oil and filter change.

Thankfully the service adviser did not create a fuss about the mods. In fact the drivers who ferry around the cars parking them and taking them to the washing bay were very excited with the sound of the car.

Since the air filter box was removed, I had to be extra cautious about water getting into the filter during the washing. But the washing guys were very considerate and careful to ensure they cover it with a plastic cover before washing the engine bay. I was also on standby near the car watching over. They also took care to remove the plastic cover before starting the car.

The only glitch was that the power steering oil was not topped up and left at minimum. Only after pointing it out to the service adviser was it identified and topped up. Apart from this it was trouble free service.

Since it was a Saturday, the staff were overloaded with lot of cars to service. Still they managed to do a good job with the service and cleaning of the car.

I usually upshift under 2k rpm.
In the 1st and second gear i have taken it to a max of 3k rpm after which its not a nice feeling. In the other gears i have gone to a max of 3.8k rpm.

Thanks for that , karthik. I don't use the rpm. Instead i use speeds for upshifting. Is it possible to share the same with relative speeds ?
