What i meant was the stability of the structure holding it is not good. should have been placed on a much firmer place, IMO.

For eg if the ESP of Safari 4x2 EX DICOR BS3 is 8,20,437/- you have to pay a road tax of 82,043.70 + registration charges + service tax+surcharge etc etc. so you can imagine the effective ORP for it.

The Ex-showroom price for SX4 ZXI in Agra is Rs. 692946. You mean only 35k for road tax + Insurance and registration??? If I am not wrong insurance itself is more than 20k!!! How is 7.28 Lacs on road possible?

Yeah, 6,90,000 is the ex-shwrm price here , 20 k for the Ins & another 18 k for the Tax + reg., that comes to 7,28,000, The dealer told me around 7,30,000, so I might be missing 2 K somewhere, LOL , but that is the price here, give or take 1 - 2 k, If I buy the car from Gurgaon, it will cost me around another 7 - 8 K less as Road Tax & reg there is cheapest in India !!!! That is the reason I was a little surprised when I heard what the On road price in Bangalore was

Thats not very true... I paid 1.07 odd lac for my cedia whose exshowroom price was 8.9lac. So its 12% even for cars less than 10lacs.
