John, you forgot to mention the chrome exhaust trim that came with the limited edition as well as the 'Velocity' model.

And you are right on the wood finish. I have it my car and I personally dont like it very much ! Wish I had those silver ones on. Anybody game for a barter ?

I was actually not aware of that. The spoiler looked so cool that i have failed to look below that. Yes, the velocity, the LE & 2000 models came with chrome grills.

Thats a tad surprising. I am 6 feet but have never faced this problem though I rarely sit at the back. Maybe you are sitting too erect.

Car appears well-maintained from the pics posted. Enjoy your car, buddy. Soon John would have some company to discuss his Esteem at the Chennai TBHP meets.

John, giving yourself a pat on the back ?

Jokes apart, if today I had only upto 5lakhs to spare and wanted a sedan, I would still get the Esteem new (even though I know that it is going to be phased out soon).

congrats on the purchase gump. Another proud esteem member on the forum. wow.

What color is the car? I have a limited edition too - pearl silver color. so that makes it 2 ltd edition esteems in TBHP chennai. cheers:

what mod's have u planned? i suggest a K&N filter (OE should be more than enough) and 4x2x1 headers with a free flow exhaust to begin with.

I'm sure both are gonna be revv-happy when they meet.

Unfortunately I'm not able to view pics as content is blocked here at work, hence asked for the color.
