I booked in Chandra Hyundai Coimbatore. They said maximum 2 months . In chennai 2 weeks? before booking i called up Kun Hyundai in Chennai and they said its minimum 5 weeks . I dont think ABS version is coming . Also i20 in not coming now either . The next car is i30 which is coming in 2009 only , and this was said by a friend of mine who is undergoing training in Hyundai's Chennai Manufacturing plant.

Undead,if you would have called HMP,you probably get it with in 2 weeks.
Hyundai Motor Plaza are owned by Hyundai itself.
they favour HMP with rest of Hyundai dealers.

But since i am from near Erode , i will be servicing in ARAS PVPV Hyundai only. But in Chandra Hyundai there was a Sales Officer named Ms.Sathya. She responded very well. That why i decided to go with them . But i also told them that the Test Drive was not good as they sent me a driver along and he let us to drive for some 3 kms only.
The only thing which can keep me from getting annoyed with this delay period is that , i am listing out the things to do after purchase like ICE , Pete's etc and setting up the budget and saving money for it.

I think its a TD vehicle , the car has clocked 3000kms and there was just the same as the new car , i mean no ICE , nothing.

Michelin XM1+ 195/60 R14 on OE rims are in my list too . Cant afford to buy alloys now and little scared whether i will bent the alloys as the roads in my area are bad . I bent the alloys of my friend's Palio once (OE alloys).
