ALso i guess anything over 8L on road will be a severe limiting factor.

So 7-8L on road + good driveability + 15+ kmpl in city = Success!!

well? its the same as a Fusion right? Its not selling that well.

Isn't the Octy 1.9TDi also very fuel efficient.. ?

BAG, not Bags. Zak's pic of the top-end variant doesnt seem to have a passenger side airbag. It has another glovebox where the airbag should've been.

Thanks - I stand corrected.

It is known to be a cramped hatch, so no surprises there! I was quite taken aback by Zak's comment that it is very spacious.

Another interesting thing is that all they have for compare is about interior/exterior specs and not about engine. Even the comparison vehicles are all petrols.

Expected it to be bigger than Getz.

I'm a little disapointed by the interios, aesthetically.

Perhaps one has to be there!

The aesthetics of the car may have made us think it's spacious than the others. But I repeat, it could be just some cms here and there and not some acres! LOL!

Good one JK.

But at 68 bhp Fusion TDci isnt exactly 'adequately powered' is it? That coupled with its price tag (vis a vis features) is probably the reason for it not selling that well.

what i meant was 'FABIA DIESEL' if priced below 8L on road with good drivebility (69 bhp on road) and 15+kmpl should be a success!

You mean Fabia Diesel is priced more than 8L.Most probably the price will be 7L ex-showroom.
