Admit it Sir, a great handling car is better than a car that needs to be second guessed around corners.

I mean, I get what you say, a car that has to be muscled and forced around the bends, puts hair on your chest and fire in your loins and all that. But what we all need is a nice docile lady who will get kinky just the way you want, when you are looking for spice.
Too early to talk about stuff like that. For the record I miss the Lumina's tail-out style of taking corners, and I really really enjoy that.

What makes you think the Lumina needed to be second-guessed into corners, though?

Actually Steer, people generalise American Cars to be crappy handlers and the Lumina maybe Holden but parent co. is GM afterall.

I never meant the lumina, i meant handling in general. and your views on handling. remember we were discussing the verna's handling in the kallu shaap and you were dismissive of the general opinion that its handling was a problem.
I don't know how ell the lumina handles or doesn't. but I'm sure the jag handles better, and I'm sure steer will have more fun with the jag on the twisties than the lumina.

BUSA, most american cars are crappy handlers. there may be exceptions, but I cant think of any. atleast not of the stature of lotus, porsche,BMW, Subaru, EVO, the list goes on.

I didnt know the lumina was australian, but anyway, the cars from holden are also crappy handlers.

The new VXR8 is an excellent handling car and considering that the Lumina is its previous incarnation, it wouldn't be bad either.

Congrats steer. Waiting for more pics... especially the interiors
