Slightly off topic. I wonder how many cars are called 'Beast'? I have seen Fiat Adventure (my own), Fiat Palio 1.6, Safari (or is it the King), ...

@ Gopal
Are those seat covers made of velvet or artificial leather? From the pics they seem to be of velvet, or some kind of hosiery material. IMO, 12.4k seems to be on a higher side.

How much is the difference in on-road cost between Chennai and Pondy?

Do'nt the Chennai police tend to stop other state vehicles more often?

gopal.putrevu-12 k for artificial leather is way too much , i got my baleno done in genuine leather in just 15k[pls check garage]and like someone mentioned a set of alloy wheels would make the car fully loaded.....

Put some nice chrome alloys, your car will be fully loaded... black is nice, but tough to maintain and will make your A/c sweat...

Kanchan, congrats once again. Your car is realy looking nice now.
Like others I also feel like it would be cheaper if you could bought your seat cover from outside? Anyway, it is very difficult to resist at this moment.

BTW, what is the additional cost (though this is free for this month) to fit fog lamp? any idea?

Good pics, Gopal. A well maintained car, too.
The pics on the seats are a bit hazy. Perhaps they are the leather vinyl seat covers that come with the sxi, right?

I see the ZXI doesn't come with alloys. Does your car have ABS?

Next step would be to get a cool set of rims. Would make a great upgrade!

Can you plz. elaborate on the rims bit...have seen too many varieties

Ya, they are called Leather vinyl. I had some 6100 bal with the dealer so ended up buying it at a premium. Outside outlets were quoting around 4.5K...but there is a diff. in quality & feel, not perceptible in looks though

Any reason behind going for nippon speakers? I have nippon speakers in the rear of my santro and they aren't good at all.
