Completed almost 500 km and following are the observation..

Bad ones first:
1. First gear is bit tight to engage.
2. Reverse gear is again bit tight and some time difficult to engage.
3. Pillar A is bit thicker and I have to lean ahead at times to get the clear view, specially on night at right turn.
4. A very slight vibration on clutch pedal at high speeds
5. I will have to learn the technique to handle the turning radius of this car. In my indica I used to take turn in one go.

Now good ones:
1. it returns great power even under 2000 rpm,
2. Seats are very comfortable.
3. I can find comfortable position by seeting the steering.
4. I am enjoying the power controls, Windows, ORVM etc. alot.
5. AC is super cool for both front and rear.
6. Brakes are very good and gives safety comfort and confidence.
7. Car reaches 100 KM/hr under 2500 RPM without any problem. I have resisted to go beyond, till 1500 KM.
8. Music system is ok, its doing the job that is enough for me. I am not high performance ICE kind of guy.
9. No Rattle till now
10. NV inside cabin is negligible.
11. I am enjoying the GC on bad roads of Gurgaon.
12 Got a mileage of 11Km/Ltr with 100% AC, 100% City, on first tank full. Hope it will increase after 1st and 2nd service.

Besides these I have yet to test the effectiveness of Headlights. Else I will upgrade to better bulbs of same watt initially.

I am keeping the tyre pressure to 33 psi.

Today I spotted an golden Innova in Ernakulam with six sensors in the rear. That it was black and not body colured made it stand out and looked odd. If it was body coloured it may not have been that noticeable.

I concede that too many 'dots' would look odd and I think you made a good decision to leave it as it is.

Thanks a lot for the detailed pics Rajiv. Installation is covert and non-intrusive. First time seeing a gear lock like this.

Bharat, I could not quite undertsand where the gear lock is fitted. Is it on the side , not visible from the top ? Where did you get it installed from ?

Hi Saurabh, hope following pictures gives better idea. It is on side. I got it installed from dealer only.

From Vipul motors.

Today I got 3M 50% films installed for sides only. Also got the horns changed to Roots Windstone.
