|  2008 Honda Accord Delivered!! Finally, yesterday my black color Honda Accord was delivered! I was surprised that it was delivered in a week even though the estimated time was given on 2nd week of July. Well, good for me  First 25 kms drive experience: - Ride quality is very good - Well, need some time to manevour this beast. It is big! - Excellent engine response (mine is manual) - Sound system can be little better even though it has 6 speakers. - So far crossed around 15 speed breakers and one mega breaker but none touched the under body (even though the ground clearance is 155). And the suspension is really good. - The buttons are little bit overdone. Too many button and it is very easy to accidentally push other buttons while adjusting something else. Plus the center console is insipid. Just 2 numbers at 2 corners of the big screen. Only way to jazz up is to hit menu button to show some circles and some straight lines... - Haven't got a chance to be in passenger or the back seat but the one who sat gave a thumbs up on ride quality, space and quite cabin. - No FE numbers yet. Planning for a long ride this weekend and will test it FE/speed/braking etc... All in all I am a happy camper with this possession!!! Thanks everyone who helped me to take this decision! Cheers,  |

| Congrats on your new car. Accord is a mean machine and an attention grabber in its new avataar. Black color is just the perfect icing on the cake. Enjoy the ride and drive safely.

| Senior - BHPian  | Congrats on the new ride and the accord being huge, you need to be extra careful while negotiating those ditches, speed breakers in particular in Bangy. Keep us updated with the pics and also your report.

| Thanks all for your wishes. I will surely post some pictures shortly. @abhinav.gupta88 - Regarding the variant, I opted to pick and choose the accessories since anyway the variants are just dealer fittings. At delivery I added the side-step illuminated lights and few more fittings to be done this weekend. Again thanks all for your wishes and will come back with more info over next few days. |

Infractions: 0/1 (4) | Congratulations on your new car. It is a huge car and even in the US, this car is now recognized in different segment as per the size. IMO, Black suits Accord more than any color. BTW, What did the car cost you OTR ?
