Congratulations TomRider. A very good choice indeed. The all white alloys look awesome and makes your Palio Multijet to standout among others.
Don't worry, the mileage will increase gradually. Give it some more time to have good run-in. You will definitely find some improvement after the second and the third servicing.

hey tom..hows ur driving experiance so far?
why do people say that the mjd is not so fun to drive as the swift?
what are your comments on it?
( i have driven both the cars and i felt the same).

does the light EPS enhance the fun to drive element?

Folks i am tempted to buy the palio MJD all the way, just dont know whether passion is ruling the brains. Hope to hear from you folks more before I make a decision about the same.

Thanks,
STP.

Multijet in white color looks awesome. Only let down in the new Palio stile is the interiors. If Fiat had provided the interiors as in the European palio, it would have been great & would have given a good competition to Swift. The strong body of Palio makes you feel like you are safe.

Tom, Your car looks great. Congratulations.

Default Update!

First service is done from Prerana on Monday. It coasted me 97/-. The service was impressive. The vehicle was ready by the promised time. The body wash was just above average. The engine is way smoother and silent than before. Now I will check the mileage again and update in 3-4 days time.

Edit: They have the option to drop it to workplace. Charging 100 bucks to drop it to Whitefield from OMR. I did not opt that.

Cheers,
TR

Nothin much. Tightening the nuts and bolts, topping up the fluid levels, and a complete body wash and cleaning.

So how does the engine feel better ? I mean, no oil change, no filter change nothing.

Psychological effect of servicing ?

Not only psychological. One can easily make out the reduced in-cabin noice.

Are the Lenso alloys 100 pcd ? Or did you do jugaad + 98 pcd ?

Also, can you indicate the price level for them ?

Note from mods: Please "Quote" only the relevant part

Hi Tom,

Great Choice. She's a beauty. I'm Jealoos!
One thing I noticed...the interiors are the same as my Palio NV 1.2 (Early 2007).
As somebody mentioned earlier an electronic tripmeter would've been nicer.
