Check your car's STRUTS , along with that also get tie rods verified.
If possible get all the suspension rubber bushes replaced

Have you had it painted? If not, when you do, you can actually paint the bumpers & cladding also.

Will keep you all updated.
There is some kind of bush just above the shocks. Probably thats worn out. Have had to change my left one at 18K km and right at 28K km

Keep the car stationary and press down the bull bar. The thud sound should appear

Default Suspension issue fixed!

As suspected one of the front suspension and both the strut bearings had gone, the left strut had complelty gone no action at all...

Since its better to change both though the right one was ok, i got both the struts and strut bearings changed...

SO now the ride seem to be good!

Happy to know you are leading a "adventurous" life. FE is quite amazing - in fact hard to believe. Regular Palio 1.2L hardly gives 12kmpl on the highway (Old one - without speedo recalibration). Adventure is 1.6L. Are you sure you are getting 15.8 kmpl? Also looks like you have spend quite a lot on spares. Just curious - are you maintaining a expense list? If so - how bout a break down of "must have" and "great to have". It will help all the Adventure enthusiast.

Rocky, great to have you here

Yes have a expense list but not a detailed one.

I kind of knew the expenses when i was buying, so was prepared for this.

Not really. I have a 2002 (non-NV) model 1.2 ELX and on Highways it has always given me around 15 kmpl with a/c. tankful to tankful method.

Very true have heard from 1.2 owners about the millage part.

15 is easy on my car on hiway, use the tankful method to check

Well i just got my front suspensions(struts) changed along with the strut bearing. if i had to get the rear once changed too it would have costed me 16k +

Might be your lower arms have gone weak? each of them cost about 2800 i guess.

Ask them what all they will change.
